This page directs Henderson County docket and case-record questions to the appropriate official office and explains the limits of our private reference service. Circuit and General Sessions requests begin with Beverly Dunaway; Chancery and related probate requests begin with Leigh Milam.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. This privately run guide cannot retrieve dockets, issue certified copies, seal or remove cases, change court settings, or provide legal advice. Contact the court or the clerk responsible for the case for those services.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Route common Henderson County requests as follows:

  • Certified copies: order them from the clerk who maintains the official case record
  • A particular case: use the case search guidance with a party name or case number, then contact the proper trial clerk
  • A docket sheet: request it from the relevant clerk; Tennessee Public Case History is limited to appellate cases and is not a complete Henderson County trial-court portal
  • Court records and case files: review the court records guide or contact the clerk for the court that handled the case
  • A hearing date or setting: consult the court calendar guidance and confirm the current setting directly with the clerk
